Established in 2016, Grand Canyon Beverage Co. (GCBC) is one of Grand Canyon University Lopes’ favorite local coffee shops that is a “by students, for students” organization. Unlike other coffee retailers that have been at GCU, GCBC’s proceeds benefit the student body and directly contribute towards educational infrastructure.
